ERTA Property Management also provide additional services such as laundry, Apartment Cleaning, Executive Transfer Service to and from the airport which can all be booked on the internet and are available to all Apartment Owners. the outcome of your investment in years to come. Utility Bill Paying ERTA Property provides a Utility Bill Paying Service for any Apartment Owner within a Development who
may wish to avail of this service. In
an apartment owners absence we can follow, organise and administer the payment
of the following bills on behalf of the Apartment Owner. ERTA
Propertys Yearly Administrative Fee for carrying out this service on behalf of
an apartment owner is 127.12 plus 18% Vat . Total per year 150.00 Advance for Water and Electricity Bills 150.00 Advance for Local property Tax 80.00 Total Required 380.00
